Procreate gold foil: FREE!!!

1st of all, I totally recommend procreate! It's a great app, and really allows you to do pretty much anything you want.

Anyway, this gold foil method is totally free. I’ve seen tons of people buy gold textures online for like ten dollars. Yep. That is DEFINITELY NOT NECESSARY. There are several videos online showing you how, so if you want, you can watch those. But for now, I'll just explain it.

There are two ways to do this:

1. Write ANYTHING in normal ink calligraphy.

2. New layer on top--> Color fill with background color

3. New Layer on bottom-->Add Golden foil image

4. Go to Layers-->Whatever Layer the words are on-->Select

5. Erase!!

6. if You did everything right, it should turn out something like the photo on top!!

This method is a lot simpler, but you can't manipulate the art.

1. Place the golden foil on the layer.

2. New Layer-->Fill Layer

3. Draw the art in ERASER!

4. Yayy, you're done!!
