I looked online about making my own sleepmasks, and got all excited about a cloud shaped one from (I think) Love Momji, but then realized I didn’t have elastic.

So, I decided to improve a crappy airline sleepmask. I used a Cathay pacific one.

Materials:

White Felt

Black Felt

Sewing/gluing supplies

Pink Felting wool and felting needles/pink marker

Stuffing

Procedure:

Use this website’s template to cut out felt. However, instead of an x shaped mouth, I mad it more smiley shaped.

sew or glue small felt pieces onto the large white felt piece.

use a felting needle to evenly felt the felting wool into the “cheeks” of the white felt. You can also use a pen to color, but it will wash off if you put it in the wash.

PARTIALLY Sew or glue the felt onto the original mask.

Stuff stuffing into the small hole.

Finish sewing or gluing.

If gluing, let dry.

You’re done! Yay!

I hope you like this! It’s completely customizable, and you don’t have to use this template.

Send me your pics!
